About EXPR
Real experience behind your numbers.
EXPR was founded by Robert Viljoen, who began his career at the South African Revenue Service (SARS), gaining first-hand knowledge of tax law, before joining a renowned auditing firm and working with clients across a wide range of industries and sizes.
Robert then spent ten years in the private sector in a senior management role, including as Financial Director — so he understands the numbers from the inside of a business, not just the outside.
He established EXPR in 2017 and opened a Cape Town office in 2020. Today the practice serves clients nationwide, predominantly in Gauteng and the Western Cape. EXPR is registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and as a Tax Practitioner with SARS, and works to a strict code of ethics — your information is always treated in confidence.
